FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE (March 6, 2025) – Ensemble Arts Philly, in association with Live Nation, presents comedians and Real Housewives historians, Casey Wilson and Danielle Schneider, in The You’ve Got a Friend in Me Tour – the live version of their hilarious podcast Bitch Sesh – at the Miller Theater on April 12, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. They’ll deep dive into all things Real Housewives, unpack pertinent pop culture goings on, and continue to process and hopefully come to accept Julia Roberts’ wig in Mother’s Day. Join them for dramatic reenactments, audience questions, hilarious clips, and more. You won’t want to miss this very important, nay – life altering – evening.
“Since 2015, Wilson and Schneider have shared their opinions with the world via Bitch Sesh, all couched within humor and a love of pop culture,” said Frances Egler, Vice President of Theatrical Programming and Presentations. “A decade later, now with a Garbage World podcast and legions of fans, this dynamic duo appear for one-night-only, touching on the funny, the absurd, the nostalgic, and leaving room for surprises.”
Writer and performer Danielle Schneider co-created and starred in The Hotwives series for Hulu and wrote and recurred on Showtime’s Black Monday. Additional television credits include Hacks, Champion ILL, Community, and Happy Endings. She has also written for It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Clone, Hight, NBC’s Kenan, Playing House, and I’m Sorry. Wilson was a featured player on SNL for two seasons and starred in ABC’s cult classic series Happy Endings. Her film roles include Gone Girl and Bride Wars in which she also served as screenwriter. Her collection of essays, The Wreckage of My Presence, made the 2022 New York Times bestseller list.
