Sing Along Broadway

ENSEMBLE ARTS PHILLY PRESENTS SING ALONG BROADWAY, A HIGH-ENERGY, INTERACTIVE CELEBRATION OF BROADWAY'S BIGGEST
HITS AT THE KIMMEL CENTER,
OCTOBER 30, 2026

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE (September 14, 2026) – Ensemble Arts Philly presents the high-octane love letter to Broadway musicals, Sing Along Broadway, at the Perelman Theater inside the Kimmel Center on Friday, October 30, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. Part concert, part singalong, and part Broadway celebration, the high-energy event invites audiences to belt out favorites from some of musical theater's most beloved shows in a lively, interactive atmosphere designed for passionate fans and first-time theatergoers alike.

Sing Along Broadway transforms the theater into an all-out Broadway celebration, inviting audiences to sing along to some of musical theater's most beloved songs. Featuring iconic numbers including "Defying Gravity," "Seasons of Love," "One Day More," and "You Can't Stop the Beat," the interactive event combines the excitement of live performance with the joy of singing alongside fellow Broadway fans. Throughout the evening, the hosts keep the energy high with Broadway-themed games, comedy, medleys, solo performances, and audience participation both on stage and throughout the theater, creating a one-of-a-kind celebration of the musicals audiences know and love.

Sing Along Broadway is designed for people to outwardly and unapologetically love musicals, belt out their favorite tunes, and most importantly, be themselves. Welcoming everyone from musical novices to Broadway experts, the high-energy experience is open to all ages and any level of musical experience, with attendees encouraged to dress as their favorite Broadway characters for a night of music, laughter, and surprises.

"Part of what makes musical theater so enduring is the way audiences carry its songs with them long after the curtain comes down," said Frances Egler, Vice President of Theatrical Programming and Presentations. "Sing Along Broadway turns that shared enthusiasm into the main event, inviting audiences to step beyond the role of spectator and become part of the experience themselves. By combining live performance, audience participation, and some of Broadway's most beloved songs, the event creates a joyful celebration of the music and stories that generations of theater fans continue to embrace."
