Drumlines at the Symphony
An All-Star 50th Anniversary Celebration ConcertCelebrate What Moves You
Join us to commemorate 50 years of music education!
The concert will showcase Musicopia’s rich history through musical performances. It will feature an original composition by Andrea Clearfield, written in collaboration with the West Powelton Drummers directed by Antoine Mapp, performed by West Powelton and the Main Line Symphony Orchestra under the baton of conductor Don Liuzzi.
Rooted in Philadelphia drum squad culture, this piece celebrates the diversity that has shaped Musicopia. Immerse yourself in history set to music, where lullabies weave seamlessly into the narrative, accompanied by student drummers moving through the aisles. It’s a celebration you won’t want to miss!
For 50 years, Musicopia has been leading the charge in music education, tirelessly shaping the music makers and future shakers of the world. We look forward to having you side by side with us to celebrate our past, our future, and what moves you!
