Why are digital tickets more secure?
Digital tickets add an additional layer of security against counterfeit and stolen tickets by having a unique QR code that refreshes every 30 seconds. Ushers can scan the QR code when you arrive at the theater. By allowing only one scan per entry, any attempts to duplicate, alter, or sell copies of digital tickets will result in denied entry.

Digital tickets allow numerous benefits over print at home and traditional tickets:
• Quick and easy entry into the venue without waiting in line to pick up your tickets at the box office.
• Increased security.
• Convenient access to your digital wallet.
• Ability to easily share tickets with your guests.
• Provide the level of convenience and service that guests attending live entertainment experiences have grown accustomed to.
How are my digital tickets delivered?
How are my digital tickets delivered?
All tickets will be delivered digitally to your Ensemble Arts Philly digital wallet. Your order confirmation email will let you know when your digital tickets will be available. Once your tickets are ready, you can visit tickets.ensembleartsphilly.org to log in. If you purchased the tickets, please use the same email address and password you used when purchasing. If someone shared tickets with you, you will need to create an account at tickets.ensembleartsphilly.org to access them.

Follow these 3 easy steps to access your digital tickets!
1. Go to tickets.ensembleartsphilly.org
2. Log in to your Ensemble Arts Philly account
a. Use the same login and password that you use when you purchased your tickets.
b. If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password or Request an Access Code to be sent to your email. (This could take 10 seconds to 5 minutes)
c. If tickets have been shared with you, follow the link in the email or text message you received. You will be prompted to create an account.
3. Once in your wallet, tap your event(s) to see all the details of your ticket(s).
Do I have to download an app?

No, you do not need to download an app to access your digital tickets. You can simply open any web browser and type in tickets.ensembleartsphilly.org to access your digital tickets.
Should I access my digital wallet before arriving at my performance?
Should I access my digital wallet before arriving at my performance?
Yes, we recommend you log into tickets.ensembleartsphilly.org before leaving home. This will help ease your entry once you arrive. If you’re an Apple phone user, you can add them directly to your Apple Wallet. You can share tickets with your guests via email or text.
Can I add my digital tickets to my Apple Wallet?
Can I add my digital tickets to my Apple Wallet?
Yes, simply login to your Ensemble Arts Philly digital wallet, select your performance, and scroll down to the “Add to Apple Wallet” icon. Follow the subsequent steps and you will be able to view your ticket in your Apple Wallet.

An integration with Google Wallet will be coming in the future.
When will the dynamic QR code begin displaying?
When will the dynamic QR code begin displaying?
The QR codes will be visible on your tickets starting 1 to 2 hours prior to your performance start time. The QR code for your digital tickets will automatically appear in your digital wallet at that time.
Can I just take a screenshot of my new digital ticket?
Can I just take a screenshot of my new digital ticket?
No. To keep your tickets safe and secure, printouts and screenshots are not accepted and cannot be scanned at the door. Once activated, the QR code on your digital ticket(s) updates every 30 seconds and can only be scanned directly from your mobile device.
Will I receive any PDFs that I can print?

No, you will no longer receive any PDFs to print out.
What happens when I arrive for a show?

When you arrive at the venue, pull up your digital wallet or Apple Wallet on your phone to have your digital tickets scanned. All tickets in your order will need to be individually scanned. Be sure to turn your mobile phone’s screen brightness up to the highest level.
What if I can’t find my ticket, forget my phone, or my phone loses its battery charge?

If you cannot access your tickets you can go to the box office the night of your performance and get a temporary ticket. We recommend charging your mobile device before your event to prevent entry delays.

I am a season ticket holder. How will I receive my tickets?
For the 2024-25 season, all fixed-package subscribers will receive traditional, printed subscription tickets. You may elect the digital tickets option for any add-on purchases or subscription ticket exchanges throughout the season.
I have tickets for an Ensemble Arts Philly resident company performance. Will my tickets get delivered with this new method too?
I have tickets for an Ensemble Arts Philly resident company performance. Will my tickets get delivered with this new method too?
Any tickets purchased through Ensemble Arts Philly will include the option for Digital Ticket Delivery. If you purchased directly through the Resident Company website, please check your ticket delivery method through your My Account with them.

How do I share tickets with friends who might be coming with me?
How do I share tickets with friends who might be coming with me?
Need to share a ticket(s) with a friend? Follow the steps below:
o Please note that VIP packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared.
1. Go to tickets.ensembleartsphilly.org and log in using your Ensemble Arts Philly username and password.
2. Select the performance(s) you will be attending.
3. Tap Share Tickets.
4. Enter the full name of the person with whom you are sharing the digital ticket(s).
5. Select the ticket(s) you’d like to share.
6. Confirm your selection.
7. A link with the tickets is generated. Share the link via text or email with the person to whom you are sending the digital tickets.
May I share my digital ticket(s) before the QR code(s) have been delivered?

Yes! Once you see the Share Tickets button in your wallet, you may share them, even if the QR codes have not yet been sent.
May I share my ticket(s) from my desktop computer?
May I share my ticket(s) from my desktop computer?
Yes! Copy the link into an email and send it to your guest. The link will redirect your guest to a landing page where they can claim the digital tickets.
What if my guest does not accept the tickets I share?

Shared digital tickets are not valid until the recipient claims them. You may also reclaim your tickets if your guest changes their mind or does not accept them.

Once you share a digital ticket you will see one of the following status notifications:
1. Ticket Accepted by (Your Guest’s Name)
a. Your guest has claimed your shared ticket(s).
2. Tickets Shared with (Your Guest’s Name) Pending
a. Your guest has not accepted the digital ticket(s) yet.
b. You may want to remind them to check their email or text message for the ticket invite link you send to them.
c. You may also select Share the Invite Again or Get This Ticket Back in your digital wallet.

Yes! To claim the tickets you have shared, they will need to log in. If they already have a ticketing account with Ensemble Arts Philly, they may use the same email address to log in. If they do not have an account, they will need to create one to accept the tickets. Account creation requires only a name, email address, and password.
What if others in my group don’t know whether they have an existing account/login?

If anyone in your group is unsure if they have an existing login, they can click the Register for A New Account button. If their email already exists, the system will let them know. They will be able to access their account using the Forgot Password feature or by requesting a unique, secure one-time login link.

You may share the ticket(s) from your digital wallet even after the show has begun. Log in to your Ensemble Arts Philly digital wallet, click on the applicable performance date, then click Share Tickets and follow the subsequent prompts to easily share your tickets via text or email.
