Obstructed and Limited View Seats

Seats with obstructed or limited views will be clearly indicated during the ticket purchase process. Please review the seating chart and seat descriptions carefully to ensure you are aware of any view limitations.

When applicable, one or more seats in your order is a limited or obstructed view. Depending upon the particular seat and show this can result in an inability to see the complete stage. It is not possible for us to judge what portion of the stage you will not see because this varies for every show and is also affected by your height and the height of those patrons in front of you. Some patrons are willing to accept these limitations and are not bothered by them.

Limited or Obstructed View seats can be labeled in the cart with the following descriptions: Obstructed View, Limited View, Limited Comfort, Limited Comfort/Obstructed View and Obstructed View Column. These descriptions will be clearly labeled under the assigned seat on your ticket, on the cart page, payment and delivery page, confirmation page, and confirmation email.

Late Seating

Late seating is not guaranteedLate arrivals may need to wait until a suitable break in the performance for seating to avoid disturbing other guests and performers. Late seating windows are determined by the event production team Staff will guide latecomers to their seats at an appropriate time. Please arrive early to ensure a smooth and timely entry.  Guests are not entitled to a refund or other compensation for late arrival.

Children at Performances

Age Restrictions

All guests regardless of age require a ticket, including babes in arms.

Guests of all ages are welcome at all our venues, but some events may have specific age restrictions. These restrictions will be noted on the event page.

Please consider the following factors when deciding to bring children: the content in the show, age recommendations, the age, attention span, and development of your child, and previous similar experiences.

Recommended age guidelines are sometimes listed on the event web page. Only you will know how your child will respond to a live entertainment experience.

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their children’s behavior does not disrupt the experience of other guests.

Ensemble Arts reserves the right to ask guests to relocate their seating or to leave the hall temporally if members of their party are disrupting the experience of others.

Please see Philadelphia Ballet Policy for information about children at Philadelphia Ballet performances.
