Our Contact Center is open Monday through Friday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM. On days when there is a performance, the Contact Center will remain open until 8:00 PM. Box Office Hours
The Box Office at the Academy of Music is open daily from 10:00AM - 6:00PM (or through the first intermission of the latest event in the building).
The Box office at the Kimmel Center opens two hours prior to any performance in the Kimmel Center and will remain open through the first intermission of the latest event in the building
The Box Office at the Miller Theater opens two hours prior to any performance in the Miller Theater and will remain open through the first intermission.

Personal checks require 10 business days to process and are therefore accepted at the Box Office for events taking place a minimum of 10 business days after the date of purchase.

Ensemble Arts Philly
For events in The Kimmel Center, rush tickets go on sale at Kimmel Center Box Office at 5:30pm for evening performances and 11:30am for matinees. For events at the Miller Theater (250 S. Broad Street) and the Academy of Music (240 S. Broad Street), rush tickets go on sale at each venue’s box office two hours prior to curtain.
A limited number of $35 tickets will be available for select Broadway Series performances. They go on sale at the Academy of Music Box Office (240 S. Broad Street) two hours before curtain and must be paid for in cash.
Community Rush Ticket Policies
Seating selection is based on availability and is at the discretion of Ensemble Arts Philly. Limit two tickets per person for each purchase. Additional fees will apply.

Official Ticket Outlet
Ensemble Arts Philly is the only authorized outlet for individual tickets for shows presented at the Kimmel Center, the Academy of Music and the Miller Theater (formerly the Merriam Theater). We urge patrons to purchase tickets only through www.ensembleartsphilly.org, or the official websites of our Resident Companies. Tickets purchased from other sources are purchased at your own risk. Many unauthorized ticket sellers use website names that are similar to our website or even include the names of our various venues. These websites are not authorized to sell tickets to events in our venues. By purchasing only through our official outlets, you are assured that the ticket you receive is valid and is being sold to you at face value.
When you buy from someone other than our official outlets:
- We cannot guarantee that your tickets are genuine and you may be denied entrance to the show.
- You almost always will pay more than face value.
- You may unknowingly purchase a limited view seat
- We cannot replace lost or stolen tickets.
- We cannot contact you with information on show cancellations, time changes, road closures or traffic updates, upcoming shows or other useful information.
- You are supporting businesses that make it harder for true fans to see their favorite performers without paying a premium charge.
Ensemble Arts Philly has partnered with Booking Protect to provide you peace of mind with your ticket purchase. We recommend adding Booking Protect to your order, as without it all tickets are non-refundable.
Booking Protect costs just 7% of your pre-tax order total and allows you to apply for a full refund should you or anyone in your party be unable to attend due to a qualifying reason such as: contracting COVID-19 (with doctor's note), a family member contracting COVID-19 (with doctor's note), being high-risk with the advice of a doctor not to attend (with doctor's note), other illness, family emergency, or inclement weather.
